Dear Southern Creek Residents:

It is with great pleasure that I announce Ambiance Property Management Corp. as the new management company for Southern Creek. Mary Burns, President and Licensed CAM is the "beauty and the brains" of Ambiance and comes highly recommended from the properties Ambiance manages. Our very own Bob and Pat O'Brien are now part of the Ambiance team...and we couldn't be happier. Mary, Bob and Pat, along with the supporting staff of Ambiance Property Management Corp. have many wonderful ideas to help Southern Creek achieve the Board's goals of having a safe and beautiful neighborhood in which to live. I have lived at Southern Creek for five years...and have seen many changes. Flagship helped tremendously with many positive changes to our community. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to seek out a new management company.

Ambiance Property Management Corp. is highly capable to take on the challenges that we face. Together, with your help, the Board of Directors and Ambiance make you a promise to keep Southern Creek a safe community...and to make you feel proud to pull through the gates to come "home". We would like you to warmly welcome Mary when she is on property...and please email with any concerns or questions that you may have. We want the residents of Southern Creek to live in a friendly atmosphere, yet still abiding by the Covenants and Restrictions that help our community have the continuity it needs when you have 362 homes so close together. I thank you all for your patience during this transition...and look forward to assisting in any way I can to help Southern Creek be "the place to live".
